Increasing our core muscle strength reaches down to our pelvic floor. Introducing…the Va Jay Jay Crunch. Like kegels, the V Crunch won’t tighten any looseness in our vagina, but they will effectively strengthen the important layer of muscles that supports our bladder and vagina. When you are doing ab exercises, incorporate a pelvic thrust (tucking in behind and pulling up in front). Ten ab crunches a day won’t create a ripped 6 pack, right? During each workout session with your trainer, build in V crunches so that you work toward the 200 mark. Over time, these strengthened muscles add all sorts of perks such as more control of that early little leakage of urine and the ability to clamp down during sex because of a more fit va jay jay. If there’s looseness in the vagina, once the vagina is tightened with Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation, and the core muscles are strong supporting it, well ... you’ve got a tiger in your tank!

All of us want a happy Va Jay Jay. This is what the Va Jay Jay Chronicles are all about. Gone are the days of ignoring our selves, our gynecologic health and our sexuality. I plan on using this blog as a place to discuss different topics that patients bring into me and that are relevant to the women I know. From time to time I’ll give tips about what keeps “the girl” happy and healthy.
