Staff and Support Team

MELISSA

Melissa is our Practice Manager. She joined our team after 10+ years experience as an Administrator for a large OB/GYN practice. She finds it fulfilling to be a part of a practice where educating and assisting women on how they can take care of themselves personally, emotionally and physically is at it’s very core. Melissa takes pride in knowing Visionary Centre for Women offers innovative and minimally invasive solutions to our patients and that when they walk through our doors, that they will find the care they need. When she is not managing the office, Melissa is busy being a mom to three thriving children.

MARIA

Maria is our Registered Nurse and Clinical Coordinator. She understands the importance of making every woman feel happy, comfortable, and healthy. Whether you’re going in for a check-up or a surgical procedure, Maria will put you at ease. She enjoys her opportunities each day to educate women regarding their health and wellness and the importance of taking care of ourselves as a whole…mind, body and soul! Maria has been working with Dr. Hayes for over 15 years and has a background as an ICU/ER nurse. She volunteers at the Salvation Army’s women’s homeless shelter and is the President of the Pinellas County PTA. She’s active at both the state and county level. She enjoys scrap booking and cheering on the Rays and the Buccaneers.

SANDI

Sandi is our Patient Care Coordinator and Surgery Scheduler. She spends her days handling all the paperwork details to make sure Dr. Hayes surgeries go through without a hitch. Sandra loves her job because it gives her an opportunity to work with wonderful women, one-on-one, everyday. Sandi is also a trained clinical aesthetician and a licensed massage therapist. Sandra delights in the opportunity to make women feel and look beautiful. In her free time, Sandra likes to run on the beach and spending time with her loved ones.

FLORY

Flory works in our business office and handles all of our medical records and verifies insurance benefits. She has training in coding and billing and consistently keeps our records organized and efficient. You can rest assured knowing that Flory is handling your files with the utmost care. Flory feels the staff is like family. Like many other Floridians, Flory enjoys going to the beach. She also loves spending time with her family, going to the park, and reading entertaining books.

CHERYL

Cheryl is our lead Receptionist and “Director of First Impressions”. She is one of the first people you will meet on our team. She strives to make patients feel welcome whether it be over the phone or in the office. With over 12 years experience in medical offices, Cheryl ensures that our practice runs smoothly and our patients are satisfied. When she is not working she loves spending time with her family.

RAE

Rae brings that fun and compassionate drive to Visionary Centre for Women by wearing many different hats. She joined our team in 2010 and has been engaged in promoting the talents and offerings that Dr. Hayes has to offer, from day one. It is her interest in people, the desire to connect and find "fit" in the relationships created, and the challenge to attain and earn the long-term end result that keep Rae's energy high, her outcomes lasting, and her impact at Visionary Centre for Women second to none!

KELLY

As a certified ultrasound tech, Kelly adds a high level of expertise to our ultrasound imaging services. By having a high quality state-of-the-art ultrasound machine, she is able to produce superior imaging. Kelly supervises, coordinates and performs ultrasound services for all our diagnostic test and scanning procedures.
